My shoulder pain at night is a lot better since I started using this pillow. The only negative thing I have to say is that I switch from my side to my back so I always have to move the pillow.

Dealt with shoulder pain for about 15 years and tried a bunch of different pillows over time. When I saw this photo with the gap for the shoulder I instantly bought it. Took about a week to get used to the new sleeping position, but now my shoulder feels noticeably better in the mornings. Not completely pain-free every day, but it's a huge improvement. Wish I'd found this sooner.

Amazing! I'm guilty of buying way too many pillows over the years trying to fix my shoulder issues. The Papaya Pillow is the first one that really helped. And I love how smooth the pillow case feels on my skin!

It really works. I just wish it came with a matching pillow for the head. Took me a while to adjust the head height but I managed to elevate it just right by placing a large folded towel underneath it inside the same pillow case.

Very happy with my purchase. I'm a nurse and after 35 years on my feet, my shoulders were killing me at night. I still have some stiffness on really rough shifts, but most mornings I wake up feeling way better.
