30-Day Refund Window
We offer a full refund of the product price for up to 30 days from the date your order is delivered (based on the carrier’s tracking).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within 30 days of delivery, please contact us via our contact form or email support@papayasleep.com with your order number. We’ll provide next steps.
Customer Costs
You will not pay any return shipping or restocking fees.
If you selected express shipping, the amount paid for express shipping is not refundable.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If you prefer a different item, please request a refund and place a new order.
Fair Use & Eligibility Limits
To keep this policy fair for everyone, the following limits apply:
- Household Limit: Refund eligibility is limited to up to two (2) pillows per household (same name, card, email, phone, or shipping address).
- Bulk Orders: Orders of more than two (2) pillows (in a single order or cumulatively within 30 days) are treated as bulk and are not eligible for this refund policy.
- Abuse & Resale: We may decline a refund where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or reseller activity (e.g., serial refunding, multiple identities/addresses linked to the same customer).
Refund Method & Timing
Once your refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
