Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states from our Utah fulfillment center. We do not currently ship to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

 

Order Processing

  • Same-day processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM MT on business days are processed for shipment the same day.
  • Next-day processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT, on weekends, or during U.S. holidays begin processing the following business day.

 

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Free

Express Shipping: $29.99

Express shipping fees are non-refundable, including in the case of a refund under our 30-day money-back guarantee.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days*

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days*

Please note: These are estimated timeframes, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, remote locations, or address-related issues. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.

 

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping

Free standard shipping is available to Alaska and Hawaii, but delivery times are considerably longer and less predictable than to the contiguous United States.

Estimated standard shipping times:

  • Alaska: 10–14 days
  • Hawaii: 14–30 days

For faster delivery, express shipping (3–4 business days) is highly recommended for these states.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to appear in the carrier's system.

 

Shipping Address

Double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment or unit numbers. We cannot redirect packages once they've been shipped. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to a reshipment fee.

 

Issues with Your Order

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll resolve it promptly.
